What we read

Where each date comes from, and what is not covered yet.

A row goes on the calendar only when we read its date on the official page, or on the page of the firm or administrator that runs the sale for the county, and we record that day. Last full read: October 7, 2026.

Not covered yet

  • Texas counties outside East Texas, and East Texas counties outside the 47 above unless Perdue Brandon or MVBA posts their sale, and any county that posts its sale only at the courthouse or in the newspaper.
  • Louisiana parish tax sales. The vendor most parishes use was not answering on our read date.
  • Oklahoma Commissioners of the Land Office lease sales. Its website asks automated readers to stay off the site.
  • Bankruptcy remnant sales. There is no single public schedule; this is a later phase, as a link to each public notice only.
  • Other states, except where a BLM sale in our four states also reaches them.

How the calendar is kept

  • Each row records the official link and the day it was read.
  • Before each update we fetch every row's source again and drop or fix any date that no longer matches.
  • Your browser hides a row once its date passes; we rebuild the list each time we re-read the sources.
  • The calendar looks ahead to March 2027, the furthest month with a posted day we list.
  • We do not copy owner names, addresses or bid amounts; the official list has them.
  • We follow each site's terms and its robots file, and we do not use paid or login-only listings.
  • Found a date that is wrong? Email gerald@ourlandmen.com with the row and the notice.
